On October 24, 2012 a workshop on CO2 reuse in the EU is organised. The goal of the workshop is to identify research needs and policy recommendations to support the development of CO2 reuse applications into commercially competitive technologies. Through the workshop, the European Commission will be able to obtain valuable input which can be used for the design of forthcoming policies and measures to develop CO2 reuse technologies within the EU. Our leaflet with information about the workshop can be opened here.

In the morning sessions of the workshop a technical review of reuse options and an overview of R&D needs and policies will be presented. This will include results obtained in the CO2 reuse-project. In the afternoon session, panel discussions will be held on Policy and Regulations and Research and Development Needs. During these sessions, the public will be fully engaged. The workshop is also organised to bring together the various stakeholders involved in the CO2 reuse community.
